These terms govern your use of ruttedbucksolutions.com, operated by Rutted Buck Solutions LLC ("Rutted Buck", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Rutted Buck Solutions provides marketing and client-booking services for hunting and fishing outfitters, and introduces prospective guests to outfitters we work with. This website describes those services, qualifies enquiries, and passes booking enquiries to the outfitter you select.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. The site is aimed at businesses and at adults enquiring about guided trips.
3. Your submissions
- Provide accurate information. We use what you tell us to assess fit, and inaccurate details waste both parties' time.
- Submit only your own contact details, or details you are authorised to provide.
- By submitting a form you agree we may contact you about your enquiry by email and telephone. Text messages are separate and require your explicit consent — see section 5.
- Do not submit automated, fraudulent or abusive submissions. We run quality checks and may block repeated failures.
4. Partner introductions
Enquiries submitted on our Partners page are passed to the outfitter you select. That outfitter is an independent business, not an agent of Rutted Buck. Any trip, booking, payment or contract is between you and them, on their terms. Once your enquiry reaches them, their own privacy and messaging practices apply to their communications with you.
5. SMS messaging terms
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use this site, submit any form, and work with us without ever agreeing to a text message.
The two programs
We ask separately, and each box is optional and unticked by default:
- Notifications and alerts — replies, confirmations and information relating to the enquiry you submitted to Rutted Buck Solutions LLC.
- Marketing messages — occasional promotional messages from Rutted Buck Solutions LLC.
Agreeing to one does not enrol you in the other. Consenting to either is not required to submit a form.
Frequency, cost, and opting out
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are between you and them.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages from that program.
- Reply HELP, or text HELP to +1 (330) 651-8132, for assistance.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your consent is not transferable
We do not sell, rent or transfer your mobile number or your SMS consent to anyone else, and we do not send text messages on behalf of unrelated businesses under your consent to us. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
6. No guarantee of results
Figures, case studies and examples on this site describe past results for specific businesses. They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of what your business will achieve. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.
7. Third-party services and links
This site relies on third-party services, and links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of third-party sites. Our use of third-party processors is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Rutted Buck Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or republish it without permission.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Rutted Buck Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any introduction made through it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer-protection law of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement.
