Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
Rutted Buck Solutions LLC ("Rutted Buck", "we", "us") operates ruttedbucksolutions.com. This policy describes what we collect through this website, why, and who we share it with. It describes what this site actually does — not a general template.
1. Who we are
- Entity: Rutted Buck Solutions LLC, a division of FlowMatrix AI
- Privacy contact: dominic@ruttedbucksolutions.com
- Postal address: 13 Thacher St, Apt 2, Boston, MA 02113
2. Information you give us
Everything in this section is information you type into a form on this site. We do not buy contact information about you from anyone else for use on this website.
Qualification quiz
If you complete the quiz on our home page, we collect your name, business name, website address, social media address, email address, phone number and time zone, together with the answers you select about your business.
Which answers depends on the path you take. Outfitters tell us their business type, the seasons they run, the trip types they offer, their average trip price and their previous advertising experience. Businesses routed to our sister company FlowMatrix AI tell us their industry, their current level of automation, the tools they use, their operational pain points and what they would most like to automate.
Partner booking enquiries
If you submit an enquiry on our Partners page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, party size, target dates, species or trip of interest and any message you write, along with which outfitter you selected.
Your messaging choices
Where a form offers SMS consent, we record which boxes you ticked, when, and the version of the wording shown to you at the time. We record a negative as explicitly as a positive — declining is stored as a decline, not as an absence of data.
3. Information collected automatically
- Technical data: your IP address, browser user agent and time zone.
- Advertising cookies: we run the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets
the
_fbpand_fbccookies to measure whether our advertising works. - Stored in your browser only: if a submission fails our quality
checks we keep a small counter in your browser's local storage
(
fh_strikes,fh_blocked_at) to limit repeated automated submissions. It is not an account and identifies no one; only the count is ever sent to us.
4. Checking the website you give us
When you provide a website address, our server fetches that page and checks its content against the business type you described. This is an automated quality check on the address you supplied. We do not scan any other site, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
5. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help your business.
- To contact you by email or telephone about that enquiry.
- To send you text messages — only of the kinds you consented to. See section 7.
- To pass a partner booking enquiry to the outfitter you selected.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
- To detect spam, automated and fraudulent submissions.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Your SMS consent in particular is never shared or transferred to another business.
We share information only with the following, and only for the purposes described:
| Who | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel (HighLevel, Inc.) | Your enquiry and contact details | The CRM we use to manage and respond to enquiries |
| The outfitter you selected | Your partner booking enquiry | Only for enquiries submitted on the Partners page, and only to the outfitter you chose. This is the service you asked us to perform. |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | Your email, phone and name in irreversibly hashed form, plus IP address and user agent | Advertising measurement through the Meta Conversions API. Hashing means Meta receives a fingerprint of these values, not the values themselves. |
| Supabase, Inc. | Submissions that fail our quality checks | Reviewing and improving spam detection |
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
7. Text messages
Consent to receive text messages is optional and never a condition of submitting a form, buying anything, or receiving a service. Where we ask, we ask twice and separately:
- Notifications and alerts — replies and information relating to the enquiry you submitted.
- Marketing messages — occasional promotional messages.
Agreeing to one does not agree you to the other, and both are unticked by default. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or reply HELP for help. Full messaging terms are in our Terms and Conditions.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and contact details indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them. We do this so that we can recognise a returning enquiry and keep an accurate history of our dealings with you.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see section 9. Records we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons are retained for as long as that obligation lasts.
9. Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email dominic@ruttedbucksolutions.com and we will action your request as required by applicable law.
- Advertising cookies: control them through your browser settings or your Meta ad preferences.
10. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
